Queue Entry Ownership

When a Queue Entry is created the Ownership of that Queue Entry is stamped as being the Creator—i.e. the name identified in the “Sent By” field. When a Queue is received on the list and the Queue Status is changed, the Ownership of the Queue switches and is stamped by the person who has made the change.
